Haug’s Garden is more than just a farm... it's a legacy! Located in the scenic West County of Norway, at the foot of a towering mountain, our farm has been a family treasure for generations. Our story is one of dedication, hard work, and an unwavering love for the land and its inhabitants. Over the years, we have nurtured our farm with a blend of traditional farming methods and modern innovations, ensuring that our practices are sustainable and our produce is of the highest quality.
In 1996, Tommy and his wife Åse Linn undertook the enormous task of renovating the main farmhouse, breathing new life into its old walls. Together, they have cultivated a thriving farm where nature flourishes, and community spirit is at the heart of everything we do. Over the years, they welcomed three wonderful children into their lives, raising Andreas, June, and Susanne on the farm. The children grew up immersed in the beauty and hard work of farm life, each contributing their unique talents and passions to Haug’s Garden.
Tommy is the backbone of Haug’s Garden. A hardworking and honest man, he has spent his entire life cultivating the land. His rugged appearance might be misleading, but beneath it lies a heart full of passion for farming. His efforts have transformed the farm into the beautiful haven it is today.
Åse Linn is the lifeblood of Haug’s Garden. Her touch brings life to everything around her, from the lush plants to the cheerful animals. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering dedication have created a vibrant and thriving ecosystem on the farm.
The eldest of the Totland children, Andreas, is the farm's resident inventor. With a knack for electronics and a love for tinkering, he brings a modern touch to our traditional farm, constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve.
June, the middle child, is the farm's wild spirit. Known for her boundless energy and mischievous nature, she has always been a source of joy and laughter. In 2022, she embarked on her own farming adventure with her husband, continuing the family tradition of farming.
The youngest of the Totland children, Susanne, shares her mother’s passion for animals. She is responsible for the well-being of our chickens, ensuring they are happy and healthy. Her gentle and caring nature makes her an invaluable part of our farm team.
